1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing CheckPlots, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use this service.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Property Listings

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. CheckPlots is a platform that connects buyers and sellers; we do not own or sell properties directly.

5. Fees and Payments

Vendor packages are paid through Razorpay. All fees are exclusive of GST (18%) which is added at checkout. Subscriptions are non-refundable except in cases of platform error.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not post fraudulent listings, harass other users, or attempt to bypass the platform fee structure.

7. Limitation of Liability

CheckPlots is not liable for transactions between buyers and vendors. We facilitate connections; final transactions are between the parties.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
